Currency & Conversion

If your payment account is maintained in a different currency, your bank, card issuer or payment provider may perform currency conversion and may apply its own exchange rate or related fee.

Payment Security

We do not ask customers to send full payment card numbers, card security codes or account passwords to us by ordinary email.

Declined Payments

If you believe you were charged incorrectly by our store, please contact customer support and provide the relevant order number, transaction date and other information reasonably necessary for us to review the issue.

For your security, please do not send full card numbers, card verification codes, passwords or unnecessary sensitive financial information by email.

Pending or Duplicate-Looking Charges

In some cases, a financial institution may temporarily display a pending authorization before a transaction is fully completed.

A pending authorization is not necessarily a final settled charge. The timing for releasing or updating pending authorizations is generally controlled by the applicable bank or payment provider.

If you see an unexpected duplicate-looking transaction, contact us with your order number so that we can review the order information available to us.

Refund Payments

Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method used for the applicable transaction.

Refund processing generally takes approximately 5–10 business days after an eligible refund has been approved and issued.

The time required for funds to appear in your account may also depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
